Results/name issues: Contact support (footer of website: Contact us)

ACR and HS added cash payouts events 6-10. Will be done on Monday/Tuesday along with TLB payouts (weekends always delay rooms).

This has been sorted now, but problem is you have to add your screen name before you play tournament. Once standings are uploaded if your screen name is not in the system it will not add your points.
