Afther HS rejected my cashout because "LB win, must rake 50%, i told them i was not the case because it was not the LB money, and they told me to re submit my cashout

today i just received it

Deposited $50 to play, cashouted 640

HS does not accept players from many countries including UK, they let me play but I cannot cashout. Does anyone has the same problem? Basically I won money on the league but I cannot claim the prize anyway. What a joke :-).

I also tried to make a withdraw before receiving prizes. And it also cancelled. Than I try to do new one. HSsupport answer (c) "Error means it was not rejected on our part and may be due to Skrill not accepting it/error in the system/timeout bug. I see your new one is showing as approving so I am sure this will go through".
And than HS block my account

HSsupport didnt answer for my letters 3 days+. As an affiliate of the room can you please ensure management responds to me due this question.
This is not normal that room blocked my account with money without any explanation.

We have heard no other complaints. There is the rake through requirement for LB prizes.

Sadly we cannot help with actual account issues.
